Training Schedule

IOLTA2 – Online Group Training Schedule – The Software Factory is committed to meeting your IOLTA2 software training needs. IOLTA2 customers have expressed a strong preference for saving the time and money associated with travel and instead receiving individual training, upon request, and user group training scheduled periodically. Here is our current, IOLTA online group training schedule:

September 15 (Wednesday) – Noon to 1 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time (please check your time zone for your specific time). Topic: Running & Exporting Reports and Running the Dynamic Query – As a repeat of a previous training, the Software Factory’s Kelly Thayer and Kathy Garwold will review the reports available in IOLTA2, how to run them, and how to export (new feature!) the results. We also will review the Dynamic Query, which allows an IOLTA2 user to create your own reports and copy-and paste the results into many different software formats. Topic: Using the Letters mail-merge function in IOLTA2. the Software Factory’s Kelly Thayer and Kathy Garwold will explore the options for selecting, designing, and generating letters to law firms or banks using IOLTA2’s Letters mail-merge function.
